The school's governing body is the trustee of the diocese and is responsible for the appointment of staff and the overall aims and policy of the school. It is also responsible for the fabric of the building and has to maintain the exterior for which the Department for Education grants assistance.
The school is responsible for the management of its own financial budget and the Governors help to decide how financial resources should be allocated. Each year the Governors produce a report to parents on how they have discharged their duties and a meeting is held so that questions may be asked or comments made.
