The Cheadle Community Internet brings the world to Cheadle and Cheadle to the world. It enables the community in and around the Staffordshire Moorlands Town of Cheadle to communicate even more effectively with one another.

This site is set out in several 'districts'. In each of these districts you will find groups, companies and organisations from the community and locality of Cheadle represented.

The site is supported by the sponsorship of the organisations which are represented in it.

If you are group in the locality you can be represented on CCI. This could be by a link to your own site, or a number of web pages representing your organisation. Simply find the district which corresponds closest to your organisation, and write, phone or email us.

The site was launched on 1st October 1998 by pupils and staff of Painsley RC High School. We see this site as a logical extension of the school intranet, which began in 1996.
